One of the questions I often get asked is how does hypnotherapy actually work?


It's pretty simple: we agree the goals you desire, and then we work to achieve them; replacing negative thoughts or behaviours with more positive, helpful ones.


As a Client, all you need to do is 1) be sure you want to make the changes, 2) believe in the process, and finally 3) relax and let me take you on a journey.


Hypnosis is a wonderful therapy and can be very effective at tackling a plethora of issues. I guess all you need to ask is, 'what am I waiting for?'
