New Year, New You!
There's never been a better time to create a better you. Setting New Year Resolutions is a great way to make some positive changes in your life and sometimes you need a little help and support in achieving them.
Think about the acronym S.M.A.R.T.
Specific: what do you specifically want to work on?
i.e. Public speaking.
Meaningful: why does this matter to you?
i.e. Feel less worried about my Best Man's speech
Actionable: what steps do I need to take to achieve this?
i.e. Weekly sessions with a Hypnotherapist and practicing the speech
Realistic: Is it a realistic goal that I really want to achieve?
i.e. I am willing to commit to some weekly sessions with a Hypnotherapist and practice my speech in my own time
Time-based: How much time do I have to achieve this goal?
i.e. I know I have 8 months until my Best friend's wedding and that's more than enough time to overcome my fears in weekly sessions with a Hypnotherapist.
And remember, you don't need to wait for the New Year to make changes or set new goals. Every day is the best time to start. So what are you waiting for?
