Pricelist (as at 10/03/23)
I offer a free (up to) 30 minute telephone conversation where we can meet one another and briefly chat about your reason(s) for seeking therapy. Should you choose to proceed, we will arrange the Initial Consultation (where we will discuss what you want help with in more detail). This session will enable me to give you a realistic treatment plan based on the agreed goals. For straightforward issues, it could be as few as three sessions. For more complicated issues, it would likely be between six and ten sessions. Click here to contact me

Sessions can be in person or via Zoom.

Sessions will take place weekly and last 50-60 minutes.

N.B. Online hypnotherapy is a safe and convenient alternative to face-to-face sessions. It is just as effective, and follows the same structured approach - but it's more flexible (if you are restricted by time, location, family commitments or medical conditions).
